Managing my delivery
 

When will I get my product?
Our usual turnaround time for delivery is 3-5 days once all documents have been signed and paperwork received which includes the setting up of Direct Debit and/or Centrepay payments.

How can I track my order?
To track your order simply give our office staff a call on 1300 EZY LIVING and we will update you on your order progress!

Will all my items be delivered at the same time?
Most of the time your items will be delivered at the same time. However, due to certain availability with laptops and ipads some items will be posted separately.

How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact our head office on 1300 EZY LIVING to update your delivery address with our staff members to ensure your items are sent to the correct address.

What happens if I havn’t got my delivery yet?
Please contact our office on 1300 EZY LIVING and speak to one of our friendly staff who can assist with locating your delivery.

What happens if my items are damaged on delivery?
Very rarely this would be the case, but on the odd occasion that your item arrives in a damaged state please contact our office immediately and speak to one of our staff who will more than happy resolve any issues. Rest assure we take extra care at handling and delivering our products to ensure this does not happen!
